Ippudo offers different varieties of Ramen — they have the traditional or original to the different levels of hotness. But for me, I fell for their torched salmon! Pairs very well with Asahi! Gochisosamadeshita!

Flavorful. My wife and mother in-law loved their dishes. Akamaru & Shiromaru Special were great choices. Nanban Karaage was highly recommended. Ooh do not forget their fresh mango shake, it was so so good

Went to Ippudo for lunch one Sunday afternoon as we were inside Robinson Mall. The place was quite crowded on weekends but we still managed to get a table for the 2 of us. We ordered the recommended Tantanmen which is a quite spicy ramen,...and torched salmon rolls. The ramen was quite was good though a bit spicy for both of us. The salmon rolls was not too bad. The prices are not really cheap but considering the restaurant is located within a mall, one can expect the prices to be more higher than other ramen restaurants elsewhere. So if you are in Robinsons Mall shopping and want a soupy bowl of noodles, this can be the place you may want to try. But if you are looking for more resonbaly prices ramen, there are plenty of Japanese ramen resturants around the vicinity.More

I try not to eat a lot of red meat, so I was happy to see that Ippudo’s feature special during my visit was a vegetarian, mushroom based ramen. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. They would repeat my order back to confirm it was...correct. I went with some gyoza, a watermelon shake and the mushroom ramen. It came came fast and fresh out of the kitchen. Everything was delicious, and even though the ramen didn’t have any pork, it had a nice depth of flavor. My bill came to around $17 Canadian which is expensive for Manila but cheaper than I could get an any other Ippudo.More

One of few restaurants in Manila that serves delicious ramen. Friendliness and quick response of staff is also a big plus to a good dining experience.

I don’t think there is one ultimate leader when it comes to ramen. But there will always be claims to being the best. After tasting Ippudo’s famous ramen, I feel it is definitely one of the kings. The broth, the noodles and the chashu are...excellent. You can specify the “hardness” of your noodles but you cannot select spiciness level of the tantanmen. If it’s your first time in Ippudo, go for their best seller, akamaru special, and shiromaru special. Main differences are the use of ultra-thin noodles for shiromaru and miso paste for akamaru. Plus shiromaru has a more traditional taste. Added delights to their ramen are the soft, tasty pork loin slices, and soft boiled eggs. Best when taken after you sip the soup and slurp the fine noodles. Be careful not to burn your tongue. They say there is a technique but I myself haven’t mastered it. The fried chicken bun is tasty as well, but size is too small for its price. Perhaps better appetizers are 3-pc gyoza and 5-pc salmon sushi. Awesome dinner. We will be back for sure.More

Excellent ramen - I ordered the spicy version and came back for a second portion of noodles (only 85php!). For the rest: professionally run, attentive service. Payment by card is possible.

Went to try their ramen and the waitress introduced to us that that was the last day they are offering their Zero Ramen. We were bowls number 2 and 3 and we are glad we ordered it. The broth is really tasty and and the...noodles did not disappoint. I just missed the spicy taste of my usual ramen. The pork buns is the highlight of our visit. The bun is so smooth and soft, with the appropriate chewyness to it. The sauce inside is so flavorful I cannot wait to have my next one. :) The staff were accomodating and always attentive. We were there early so the place is not packed.More

Their Ramen is really great. I love it. I ordered their special one. I forgot the name but it's the one from the separate menu. The chasu was so tender and the soup was so delicious. I finished the whole bowl until the last drop...of the soup. It costs less than 500 pesos and it's really "sulit" (great deal) for it's price. They also have okonomiyaki and torched salmon sushi which is reallyyy mouth watering ig you love salmon. I highly recommend this place when you're in Robinson's Place Manila and craving for Authentic Japanese Food. 💖 Kinda pricey though. It's not for regular student budget but i assure you, it's worth it. 💕 This is one of my comfort food 🍜More

The ramen taste is good but the 520 pesos tantanmen is a bit salty once you mixed it all up. I was surprised that the ramen is expensive it starts at 409+ pesos and that's without boiled egg and the ramen that we ordered took...10 to 15 minutes to get to us; service was good and the ambiance is excellent.More

I'm not really a ramen person, but I wanted some gyoza and their ramen looks to good not to try. Went here on a weekend, so I expected that the place will be crowded. I did not have a problem getting a sit because there...counters are open for solo customers. I ordered Shiramaru ramen, gyoza and mango shake. It took more than 15 minutes before all of the orders to come, but because of the huge number of people during the time, I guess it is still fast. As for the ramen, its okay. ( ate two ramens before and I like those better, see my other reviews). For the gyoza, I really enjoyed it. For my gyoza rating, this wins second place. Mango shake, Good good. I may sound like I did not enjoy eating here, but overall experience is good. Although I ate in some place better, I stil give this place a 5. Pros: 1. Very courteous and helpful staff 2. nice ambience Cons: 1. Pricey (Spent almost 1000php for my orders) Will definitely come back to try their pork buns!More

Ive heard from a friend who loves ramen that this place serves the best ramen in the city. Indeed it is. Tastes fresh and original. So far, this is best. Surpasses Tongara Ramen!

The long lines outside Ippudo when it first opened may have diminished but the quality of the ramen and pork buns have not. Ippudo which was brought in by the Yabu group has an obsessive focus on service quality and it shows. The service is...among the best I’ve experienced - ramen and pork buns promptly delivered, water glass refilled without my asking, restaurant was meticulously clean. They may not serve the best ramen in my opinion (that honor goes to Mendokoro), but service from the heart elevated my dining experience.More

For me I am a big fan of ramen and in the Philippines I suppose the price of the ramen in restaurants are standardized So the food is average at most and you need to choose that your soup base not to be too rich...flavor otherwise it is not that pleasant anymoreMore
