The fried chicken is as good as it has always been. I feel in love with the caramel biscotti. The function room and facilities are good. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Because it's dark and this is the nearest to our hotel. Food is okay, chicken is great. Clean, good food. Service is not so okay, may isang attendant na parang di mapakali until we're finished, she wanted to get the plates agad. For every perfect meal, there is an exception..mga nagmamadaling attendant.

Max's in scout Tuason leads all other Max restaurants in the country. Although consistent with all others, this is where Max's started. Their chicken remains one of my favorites. I also like their pansit canton!

Max's fried chicken is the best! ..... Until now. Receptionists and waiters are friendly and very welcoming. Service is fast. But menu is not for diabetics like me. How I wish the employees would be flexible in accomodating to guests' requests. For example, I order Fresh Lumpia Fiesta Plate. I requested that I get coffee instead of iced tea. I... More

Max's was a restaurant that started in 1945 when th original owner first served beer and fried chicken to the American Soldiers at the end of WWII. His claim to fame is how the fried chicken is cooked which makes the skin crispy and meat just falls off the bone. The restaurant tag line is "sarap to the bones" which... More

Grandpa takes us here every year in this Max restaurant branch. He loves the chicken, fresh spring rolls (lumpiang ubid), stir-fry noodles (pansit), Oxtail with peanut sauce(kare kare) and so do we. He says you can taste the difference of cooking compared to the other max restaurant chains. He also mentioned that this was the 1st Max restaurant. Grandpa celebrates... More

I think this is the original Max's Restaurant because some of the waiters have been working there for 50 years! For me this is the best Max's, the other branches cannot compare to this one in Scout Tuazon. Always order the chicken because that is what Max's is all about, and dip it into banana ketchup-Worchestershire sauce! The fresh lumpia... More

I grew up not too far from this first ever max's location. Family used to come here a lot. 15 years later, had a chance to come back with my own family. Though restaurant had been expanded, the same quality fried chicken that they're known for stayed the same. There's a reason why max's chicken better than competitors, you're tasting... More
