Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stopped for lunchtime snack knowing all previous visits have been great. Mixed pide ordered. Half hour wait as we'd been forgotten about. The staff were all over the place, running about shouting at each other. There were 3 tables in, 10 people at the most....1 of the tables were locals and that seemed to be the root of the problem. The pide was not nice. Dough cooked but gritty meat and uncooked onion. No interest about why we didn't finish it. Won't be going back.More

It's open right now contrary to the info on Tripadvisor. Run by a family, they serve delicious food at a friendly environment. Covid-19 measures in place: distance between customers, sanitizers on the tables. We felt at home.

My spinach and cheese pide was huge and only 15 lira. The rest of the family had doners, pizza, gozleme... all freshly cooked in the oven in front of us by a delightful lady. Highly recommended

Our third year of visiting this traditional style restaurant in the centre of Gelemis village. Excellent choice on the menu, all freshly prepared and well presented but quite inexpensive compared to many restaurants. We very much enjoyed the lentil soup, mixed pide, traditional desserts and...cay and the service was good.More

Very tasty and fresh food. The menu options are vast and very reasonably priced. The vegetarian pides are tasty and cheap about 8-10 lira. The Kiev’s, koftes, grilled chicken etc all come with rice salad and chips, the are cheap as they cost about 20-25...lira which at the moment is 4-5 pounds. The The portions are huge. I am a meat eater but I would recommend the veggie food. It is amazingly fresh and tasty.i loved the chickpeas, the okra, the lentil soup is a must and courgette fritters were very good. The service can be slow at times so go early to avoid disappointment.More

After reading positive reviews we were looking forward to dinner at Bolulu's. A huge menu, which I think needs revising as I think they were struggling to cope with so many options as food was slow to come to the table and it wasn't particularly...busy. We ordered a meat pizza, and although the base was fresh and well cooked the beef on top was chewy and inedible. The other dish ordered was a curry (beef again) so no surprises, chewy and the sauce tasted like it was made from a packet. The restaurant is in a great location, but suffers from a lack of fans and mosquitoes. Maybe the chicken and fish are a better choice.More

On the two occasions we ventured out of our pension dinners ( divine! ) we came here and enjoyed delicious tasty Turkish food - spinach and cheese pides, stuffed peppers - fragrant with spices, green beans in tomato and garlic.Mmm, I am salivating with the...memory! Others had written about ordering too much so we shared five dishes including a salad which was just about right. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the food is made and served with loveMore

During out holiday in Patara we went to this restaurant a couple of times. Each time the food was delicious. The first time we over ordered so weren't able to finish it all. They are very friendly here and the food is delicious. They don't...serve alcohol but doesn't make any difference to food or anything. They offer fresh fruit juice which was very refreshing and delicious. The pide's are very very nice . The only negative thing i could say about it, is that on our first visit here the portions sizes were far to big, my meal came with 5 meatballs, a mountains of rice and then a plateful of very thick cut chips, but it did taste good. Apart from the portion sizes this is a very good restaurant.More

Certainly more traditional fare. Great Pide's with such a selection to choose from. Excellent menu choice and all freshly prepared and well presented. Inexpensive but no compromise to the quality or service. Highly recommended. No Alcohol served here, but not a bad thing!
