Small local restaurant with a very small menu. Meatballs (kofte) cop sis and fried liver. Very tastefull prepared. The cips are famous and they have only one dessert but certainly worth it. All and all small and totaly not turistic restaurant with great food and small prices

Nice food at this local restaurant, liver was fab and also the spicy meatballs. Red wine here was very good too. Staff don't speak very good English but you can get over what you need.

This is an awesome little place. It is a traditional Turkish restaurant and always seems to be full. The Turks visit this place a lot so that says it all, very good. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. The service is second to none.

Popped in here for dinner one night during our stay as we had passed it a few times and it always looked busy, especially with locals. They specialise in Edirne-style fried liver, which is what my husband chose, and pronounced it delicious. I tried some too, and it was melt-in-the-mouth tender. Service was friendly and welcoming. It's almost like sitting... More

This is a modest, yet cozy and personable restaurant in Bitez, Bodrum in a beautiful garden setting. Friendly staff and delicious Edirne Fried liver as well as lamb kebab, other mezze style small dishes, pastries and salads. Give it a shot if you are there although we thought it was well worth the trip from Torba

Having been introduced to Büber a couple of years ago, it's difficult to think what we used to do without it. Perfect for a mid-week meal after work or a crowd at the weekend. The atmosphere is relaxed and the owners and staff alike are super friendly. The meze are fresh, tasty and seasonal and the liver is perfect every... More

Buber is another family owned Bitez restaurants that is mostly preferred by locals. When we first tried to go there the lady, owner of the place, apologized and refused to host us as we haven't reserved a table although the restaurant was almost empty around 19.00 hrs. Then we made a reservation and went again after a few days at... More

Well what can I say. One of the few places in Bitez that you WILL need to book. The food was great the service was excellent and is truly authentic. If you are lucky enough, you will get to write on the wall!
