Now, I know Panera is a chain, but some of them get my orders wrong and have rude employees. But this one feels good. The people are nice, they only got my order wrong once (but it was busy) and yeah

The ipad-type ordering when you walk in is kind of cool. This makes it simple as long as you have someone who's been there before. I believe you could also order at the counter. This place was really busy. Our order took a couple extra minutes to reach us because the server couldn't find us. All the tables had been... More

My wife and I usually visit Panera at least once a week. They food is very good and the service is fast and efficient. Weekends are very busy and sometimes it's difficult to find a table for breakfast. Their bread bowl soups are excellent as are the sandwiches. My favorite is the broccoli and cheese soup. The restrooms need more... More

I'm vegan and there aren't many restaurants I can eat at but this is one that works. The black bean soup and mediterrean sandwich without the feta cheese or mayo was great. Healthy and delicious. Service was great too. Didn't take long and it was busy lunch-time on a Saturday.

Not sure what the actual purpose is of the order checkers. If my side is a fruit cup and I order another fruit cup why do I get all the way home and have only one fruit cup? Next day, in special instructions I ask for the cold veggies be placed on the side because I want my bread toasted... More

In what has to be the most non consumer friendly "rule" of any retail restaurant chain in the fast casual segment , the manager refused to sell me a loaf of freshly baked bread on a rack 10 feet away due to company policy. "It is tomorrow 's bread and we are not allowed to sell it until tomorrow." Not... More

This Panera is not a large restaurant as some are. It is always crowded with diners no matter the time of day. We have found their food to be much better than your typical fast food chain. The bagels are excellent as are the soups and sandwiches. I had the onion soup with a turkey panini and purchased a baker's... More

Long lines, high prices and almost no meat on a sandwich. Enjoy their salads and soups...but really, the sandwiches are 90% bread one slice of meat, one slice of cheese..and then lettuce, tomato and perhaps a sliver of onion. I won't be going there again...way too overpriced for the quality of the food. Better off going to Jersey Mike's for... More

I've met friends at this Panera for years; probably will get coffee, and not get food anymore. I got an Asian salad, $8.99, and a soup, $5.99, and drink, it rang up $15.somthing. Really? I could have gone to a somewhat higher end restaurant and had much better quality food for less. Won't be dining here anymore. And, hard to... More
