We visited here in June of 2015 and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the bloody mary was to die for. The wait was pretty long but I will say it was also very crowded for dinner. Overall very good food and the giftshop had some pretty funny stuff in there.

Basic kind of place. No frills, but perfectly acceptable food and service. Very friendly staff. It looked more inviting on the outside, inside was a little too basic for our taste but, the food was more than acceptable.

We ate here while on vacation this past summer and I ordered the Creole Shrimp and Grits. Being from Ohio this is not something that any of us had ever had and it was on my list of something to try. The Shrimp and creole sauce were an excellent mix of spice and taste and the Grits were very creamy... More

After a late evening of photography in November, Dirty Dicks was the only place open. Decided to try the Shrimp and Grits for dinner. While not the traditional take on Shrimp and Grits, this "Creole" version was fantastic. Lots of spicy without being blow your mouth out hot. Great taste. Service was great and price was very reasonable for the... More

Our dinner at Dirty Dicks Crab House was fantastic. The waitress and cook took special care to make sure our food was just perfect. It was a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and a great meal. We highly recommend this restaurant.

While on vacation in the OBX, my friends and I had a couple of meals at this restaurant. I had Mahi Mahi for the first time ever. I ordered it grilled and it was delicious. This place isn't for anyone on a budget as I thought the prices were high, but it was still delicious and I bought a pretty... More

We had the lunch All You Can Eat fish, scallops and shrimp. The shrimp was amazingly good. My favorite part was the cup of horseradish and fresh lemon they brought to the table to make cocktail sauce the way you want it! Yummy yummy! Everyone who had seafood was very satisfied. The hamburgers were not as appealing to the tummy.... More

The food was excellent! My husband had prime rib, I had stuffed flounder (it had a crabcake on top of it) and our daughter had blue crab--all of it was cooked perfectly.

Didn't really want a full dinner, so sat at a hi-top by the bar. Bartender Andrew became our server too, offered suggestions, and we ordered wings and shrimp. You create your own cocktail sauce and you can go hot, medium or whatever. Fun, relaxing place to be - and this is not a franchise - they just have three locations... More
