Amuse never disappoints. This is our third visit in three years, and we always try to dine here when we stop in Ashland. It is safe to compare Amuse to ANY dining experience in MANY locations, including three star French and other top rated American restaurants. The service is very good, attentive to details, and we appreciate the care and... More

The Parisienne gnocchi was bland and i only bothered to eat about half. The flavors didn't work well together. We were offered an amuse bouche, but when we explained that we were vegetarian, the offering was removed and nothing else provided. (Really? In the 21st Century, a fancy restaurant doesn't have a vegetarian alternative?). I don't mind paying high prices... More

We had dinner with another couple at Amuse while visiting Ashland for 2 days of plays at OSF. What we appreciated most was the ability to converse with our friends without shouting over the dine of music or noisy diners. The dishes are carefully prepared. The Ruby Trout was especially delicious and everything is fresh and apparently locally sourced to... More

Sorry to be late with this review, but I thought I had entered it already! By coincidence a relative of the Amuse chef, that I met at a convention in Cannes, told me about Amuse. Boy, am I happy for the tip! My wife and I had pan seared scallops and charcoal grilled pork loin: the proteins were prepared to... More

This is our second time having dinner here. We were here last year and went to the Shakespeare Festival play also. The food here is very good and the services is excellent. Very nice restaurant located in a hotel. My wife had the specials of the day which was a New York strip steak done really perfect. I had a... More

we usually have a large group dinner at Amuse every year as we meet friends and family to attend performances at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We have a range of tastes and diets (several vegan/vegetarians) but always find the meals superb and the service wonderful. It is pricey - but it is worth the price. Great wine menu to boot.

The best, if not the best food served in Ashland. Smallish portions and relatively expense but worth it.

Fantastic service, delicious variety of menu choices. I am mostly vegetarian and when I heard Amuse was French I was slightly concerned the menu would be all meat dishes. We started with the best old fashioned I have had in a while... and the meal was perfection from my quinoa salad , to my dessert of creamy triple delicious cheese... More
