Most convention foods are the dry roast beef and green beans. Not Larks! Good wholesome and tasty foods and sides. Salads come fresh, coffee or tea abounds, and the desserts always pleasantly surprise. Not to mention, a delightful breakfast the next morning, Eggs Benedict with a deliciously, very tasty, light hollandaise sauce. Nice start to a hard winter drive south!!

Three of us had dinner on a quiet evening after Christmas. Even though the restaurant was full the quiet atmosphere made it feel sparsely attended. Our cocktails were very well made. Our dinners ranged from Fried Chicken to Beef Short Ribs to Filet Mignon. I think the Short Ribs were the best, as the waiter hinted. The hot fudge sundae... More

My wife and I stayed at the Ashland springs hotel and this is the restaurant downstairs. I had the New York steak and my wife had the deep fried chicken breast. The atmosphere was pleasant and the plate presentation far above average. The steak was above average but not by much. My wife enjoyed her meal but again it was... More

Larks has become our favorite place to dine in Ashland and the meal on Christmas day was superb in every way. The service was impeccable, the meal elegantly presented, the dishes flavorful and perfectly seasoned and the venue, the Crystal Room, dazzlingly gorgeous and festive. All this for a very reasonable $43 for three courses. Can't say enough in praise... More

For years, my wife and I avoided this landmark restaurant in the landmark hotel of Ashland. After all, the reviews were too glowing, the restaurant frequented by tourists rather than locals, and the parking downtown all too difficult. Well, no more will we neglect this place. The food was better than good -- outstanding is both of our verdicts. And,... More

We had a great lunch. The soups were unusual with wonderful flavor profiles. I had the chicken sandwich special while my wife had the pear, blue cheese, and bacon sandwich. The portions were generous and we were both savoring each bite. The homemade ketchup was a noticeable upgrade to accompany our large side of fries. Our server was personable and... More

Went for annual pre-Christmas lunch with my daughter. The food was better than I remembered it, from the soup to the dessert. The service was exceptional as usual. I tried the meatloaf (terrific).

Sadly, I have to write a negative review as my cider braised pork chop was alarmingly underdone. I cut into it and it was absolutely pink in the centre, almost translucent and sadly I noticed after eating a few bites. We came here due to Yelp reviews. My partner has the steak, which was great as was the bread provided... More

We are passionately committed to offering the most fresh & local ingredients possible. Larks celebrates Oregon's bounty by creating innovative cuisine from scratch, offering a unique dining experience. Our restaurant Executive chef, Damon Jones, is a master in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears, and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor. Our Pastry Chef's creations depend on what is available that season and include fruit tarts, chocolate cake with housemade salted caramel ice cream, or cranberry-pumpkin bread pudding. Our beverage selection extends the theme of local and seasonal with a choice of herb-infused cocktails made with Oregon spirits, local wines, and beers. Larks' downtown Ashland, Oregon restaurant creates a connection between restaurant guests and our local farmers, ranchers, distillers, and winemakers. Come on in for a taste of local flavor.
