We've been to a few PJ's and the food is always consistent and good. OK selection of beers. This one in Allentown is no different. Similar décor, same menu with a few specials. Service was good and friendly. We tried the specials - short rib tacos and bacon bacon burger. Both were good. Not a great selection of craft beers,... More

typical brew-pub atmosphere with a nice selection of very nice draft beers. I had the bacon cheese burger (with a choice of different cheese toppings). My wife had the cheese steak. We both enjoyed our selections. Service was excellent. During peak hours, this pub can get quite busy. Although there are a large number of tables, plan on a short... More

Had a quick dinner with my husband and this place was hopping on a Wed. Night. My shrimp tacos were tasty but cold (I was too hungry to send them back) my husband had a burger and fries. If I was back in Allentown I'd try the place again.

When I lived in Allentown, this was one of my favorite places to go. The hot and honey chicken wings are so good. The crab cakes are to die for, not much filler and very tasty and you can get a crab cake sandwich or a platter. When I recently visited P.J. Whelihan's I wanted to order everything on the... More

My daughter loves wings so we decided to stop and try them, not only did she love them they gave her wet naps! I enjoyed a crabmeat cheese steak with fries and it was delicious! Friendly server as well.

ATMOSPHERE – How difficult would it be for someone to get a can of WD-40 and spray the hinges on all the doors? Every time they called a table, we had to go ask what they said because we could not hear simply over the screeching of the doors. TIMING – If you want the concept of appetizers, don’t order... Stopped at PJ's while staying up the road at a holiday inn express with no bar. Friendly quick service and good food. Have to try their "buffalo shrimp" like wings, but SO much better! Great appetizer.

Can't go wrong here! great for low cost business meetings. your boss will love you for it! The wings are fantastic! There is a dish here for everyone. Get here early for dinner, it gets crowded from 5 pm on. Once you've been here you will know why.

My sister took my husband there for wings for a belated birthday gift. He enjoyed them. We live in MD but have been there many times over the years. I had my usual philly cheese steak without the sauce.

Best wings in the area. The PJ's copper lager is amazing along with most things on the menu. From cheese steaks to taco salad it is bar food at its best. The place gets full and loud and that's part of the atmosphere. Great servers also.

Thank Jim D
