If you are in a rush do not come here. The food here is absolutely awesome. I came here with my dad and my wife last year. We ordered the special of the day, lobster, steak and with Irish soup, salad and the desert. We especially liked the fact that the food is made on the spot, therefore the wait.... More

My wife and I ordered the potato soup, the onion soup flambé and Irish Stew for the main meal. The soups were nearly flavorless. Disappointing. The stew had a bit of flavor, but lacked the hearty Irish zing we were expecting. Long on meat, but short on flavor. For dessert, we enjoyed an Irish Cream Cheesecake and Whisky Cake. Both... More

A vintage and time worn cottage with atmosphere. Perfect for couples and very quiet allowing conversation. Food is average and service is attentive and tilted towards formal.

With funny waiters and great food, this place is worth the wait. This is a fancy irish restaurant with greatest irish food. Would come to again and again.

I'll have to post it here. And everywhere else. Let them keep up with me. This is a word for word of what I have on Yelp. Don't try to silence me, I'll only review harder. I hate to have to write this review, as the server and everyone there was extremely nice. But....it has to be said. For the... More

We had a fantastic dinner here the food was amazing, and the service was great. Do not come to this restaurant if you're trying to grab a quick bite before going to do other things. This was our date night, and coming to eat here allowed us to spend lots of time talking with each other as we had the... More

In reading the other reviews, I would like to point out that this is exactly the kind of dining experience one would have in Europe. The service isn't considered slow, it's considered a perfect evening out when someone isn't standing over you waiting to "turn the table" and sell you the "special" which is food which is about to spoil.... Our son gave us a Groupon for the "Chateaubriand & Lobster dinner" at this restaurant, and we had to really thank him for a wonderful evening! Inside the quaint cottage, we were transported to Ireland by the decor and the servers (in coordinated attire). The food - soup, salad, main entree, and dessert - was absolutely delicious, all of it!... More

We had been wanting to try this place for a long time. It looked very enchanting, but the cost was prohibitive until we found a good deal on Groupon. We had the Chateu Briand dinner. They regularly want $175.00 for this meal. Definitely not worth it. It really wasn't worth the Groupon price we paid. The started us off with... More

Celebrated our anniversary at Emerald's. We have lived here 12 years and this was our first visit. The old house, which is now a restaurant is like a walk in European time. We started with a nice cab and had escargot for appetizer. The escargot was excellent. For our entrée's, I had the lobster baked in a breaded crust. One... More
