Been here twice. It's a treat since its so expensive. Count on $100/person without drinks. But the service and food are impeccable. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you like scallops, get the scallop entree. They are tender, moist and LARGE! Bon appetite!

I really think the server was having a bad day or I would rate it much worse. The place is beautiful, the stone crabs we awesome. Everything else was ok.

Everyone working there was polite, efficient, and professional. The meatball appetizer was memorable. Most in party had steak as an entree (and they all seemed to love it), but I had stone crabs since they were in season, the portion was excellent. You get what you pay for, but it's a nice treat when you can.

This was an amazing experience when we visited Austin. We arrived for happy hour and were delighted to find an excellent assortment of appetizers and drinks half price, plus a wonderful female vocalist and good piano player. Eddie served us at the bar, excellent service! The next night we had reservations for dinner. We were greeted by name and even... More

Don't panic when you enter the first level of Truluck's in Austin. The noise level is very high as the singer is miked and the feeling is of frenzy. Fortunately, the dining room is on the second level and has a much more sedate and relaxed environment. It is a lovely room with a lot of glass windows and comfortable... More

Nice friendly ambiance at Truluck's. The employees always try to make dinner at Truluck's a "special occasion" Great food and lovely atmosphere. Save a little room for the desserts, they are special. Crab leg special is fantastic. Five of the large crab claws was more than even enthusiastic eaters can finish.

Never had a bad meal there but be ready for some sticker-shock. Of course, you do get what you pay for and it is a wonderful place to treat yourself and your significant other to a high-class meal.
