I love the old school vibe at this place. The decor is delightfully tacky. Also, the neon sign is great. I really like the interior. The wait staff are quite friendly and service was prompt. They carry Twisted X brewing company beers which I applaud. I wish they had draft, but a can will suffice. Of course, I chose to... More

If not the best, this place is up there. The walls are decorated with Italian kitsch and Mafia/Rat Pack posters. You get a really good pizza for a really good price right in the heart of downtown Austin. There is free parking. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. The pizza is pretty large, so depending on how... More

The Gina is my favorite although their sandwiches are good too. My friends and I eat here after games and between meetings. Quality food with good service.

Had to make a run into downtown Austin. I had been to frank and angies years ago but wanted to give them a try for lunch. Good full menu. Not really any lunch specials on Saturday. But thats ok. Was ready to eat. Ordered 10" chairman of the board pizza and a meat lasagna with a dide salad. Salad was... More

First time trying out this place and hands down, finger tasting pizza. The bread isn't too thick or too thin on the pizza which makes it perfect. Great customer service, nice workers and great food!!! Must try!!!

We had lunch here on our second day in Austin, I found it online because I'm a big QT fan. The restaurant and service were top notch, the pizza was good. I live very close to some of the best pizza in the country (New Haven CT and NYC), so my bar for pizza is set pretty high.

Frank & Angie's has delicious pizza that is very reasonably priced, and is a casual, family-friendly place to grab dinner. It's kind of a well-known hole-in-the-wall Austin eatery, tucked behind Hut's Burgers on 6th St. Love their dinner salad, too. We went with a group of 12 on a Saturday night, and were served quickly. Great fun!

My husband and I recently moved to downtown Austin. We walked by this unassuming restaurant in a huge empty parking lot in the morning.mMy husband loves pizza so we came back that night. No reservations required. We walked in and stepped back in time. Quaint would describe it. They have pizza and other Italian offerings. We ordered our own custom... More
