I only tried the coffee at Arturo's and it was great. My hotel was close by and only offered horrible drip coffee. The lattes I ordered were lovely and great value at $3. Service was very pleasant

Our hotel recommended this place for breakfast tacos and it did not disappoint! Very much a locals hangout - they have a huge selection of tacos which were amazing. Fantastic coffee and friendly staff as well - great way to start a day of exploration.

Needless to say, we don't get Tex-Mex breakfast food on the east coast so we went looking for it. Based on reviews, we selected Arturo's. It's good. We ordered every combination of breakfast taco available. We ate 2-3 each and were so full we had to take some with us. It's fresh, it's tasty, it's not even expensive. Loved it!

If you are looking for where locals find the best brunch value in the downtown/UT campus area, this is it! Friendly service, fun Texas-size meals and drinks (no liquor license, but their beer-and- clamato-based Bloody Larry is perfection!).

Great for coffee and some breakfast very early in the morning. Especially if you are staying at the At&t Conference Center.

In Austin for a few days, got a recommendation for Arturo's and decided to check it out. (It was only 400 yds from where my husband was working.) Looks a little sketchy from the outside but don't let that fool you. The food is tasty. I had the chicken salad sandwich - yummy! They say it's a secret recipe and... More

Lunch is pretty good; given the dearth of restaurants in this neighborhood, it's worth checking out. That said, you come here for the breakfast tacos. Excellent, if not outstanding. Loads of options, totally customizable. Reasonably priced; extremely tasty. I've heard weekend brunch is pretty good; no personal experience.

Great find. Get the early for brunch. It is very popular. I recommend the Ultimo sandwich. The french toast is tasty as well. Underground without being dark.

You know, the food is pretty good, nothing outstanding but because of a few employees who really don't seem to care about customer satisfaction I probably won't go back. It is convenient to the Capitol but would rather give my business to someone that wants to earn it.

Went to Arturo's in mid-August on trip to Austin. Wow, what a great brunch. I had the Diablo Scrambler and my son had the banana waffles. They were absolutely stupendous, delicious. Neat place with lots of cool art on the walls and nice people too.

Thank rogermarks
