The food was absolutely delicious at this smokehouse barbeque restaurant. It is an old, old hardware store with beautiful hard wood floors. The aroma is incredible. Apparently, they have live music at times, but none when we were there - early on a Tuesday evening...More

Wonderful place for a good smoked barbecue! Had lunch and dinner there while in Abingdon and was not disappointed. Especially loved the brisket and sauce bar.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch with several other couples. Service was friendly. The BBQ and sides were to die for ! I had collard greens and cornbread, which were delicious. Pulled pork and brisket sandwich very good. Good dark beer.

We stopped at the Bone Fire Smokehouse this past weekend. We had a fantastic lunch and our server Skyler was also very good. I recommend stopping here for a great barbecue.

Barbecue is wonderful with several great sauces to choose from. They have a decent selection of draft beer. The venue is a former hardware store and is decorated as such.

I don't know the answer to this specific question. My general advice would be to avoid traditional barbecue places if you wish sugar-free, low fat meals.
