My family and I were with a large group and KSB was very accommodating. I had the ribs which were fine, but, honestly, if you call your ribs "famous" they should be memorable. These ribs were good but not as good as I expected. The rest of the party had a mix gumbo, chicken, fish and kids meals. Everyone enjoyed... More

We ate here on the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. They're serve a good selection of barbecue and comfort food. I had the chicken fried steak and it was delicious. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich and loved it. It is not fancy and the ambiance is funky but the food is really good. The service... More

Received a discount for dinner for two for this location using a Groupon code. We went on a Thursday night so it wasn't crowded , found parking right across the street which is a miracle in it's self paid my 3.50 for the meter because they don't have mercy on you here. (Va). The location itself is unique first level... More

Extensive gluten free menu which was helpful to me. Its an historic brick building with bar on ground floor (live music) and eating tables on 2 and 3. These amazing 3-d murals fill the walls. I had an exceptional meal, one companion had a good meal and two people though things were fine. Our server was efficient and a nice... More

This old colonial home has been converted into a 3 story bar and restaurant. To get to the restaurant you have to climb stairs. Most of the items are some form of BBQ but are nicely presented even though they are of a large quantity. I had the meat loaf with garlic massed potatoes and steamed carrots and green beans.... The portions were filling. The prices reasonable and the BBQ was delicious! There's also a lot of different, fun art pieces that are all around you and great conversation starters!

Food was great! Price and service were good and got a lot for our money. We were seated as soon as we walked up. Will go back when we are in Alexandria.

Unique place to pop in for a drink and enjoy some company. The have bottled and draft beer and you can stay inside or grab a table on the sidewalk. We vote for outside when you can.
