I took my chances walking into this thai restaurant but I was impressed. Everything I ordered off the menu taste great and to my liking. Very close to my hotel crowme plaza I came here almost every second dat grab a bite.
Late night dinner or going to this establishment is NOT RECCOMMENDED! They play on the language barrier because when we ordered, there appeared another plate that SHOULD have been included in the combo price that was pointed out to the waiter at the time, making it an additional $40 mistake!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
The wonton soup was awesome, very flavorful! I also had the chicken drunken noodles (asked for just a little spicy) and the spice was just right for me, not as good as the soup, but I enjoyed it.
This restaurant was located next to our Crowne plaza hotel so we took a chance and were rewarded with good service and great food. we had entrees of spring rolls, fried calamari both very good and nicely presented and we shared a pad Thai again very well presented, enough for the two of us and great taste.
I frequently order takeout from Royal Thai. The food is solid to serviceable but never spectacular. There are not many other options in the immediate vicinity. The one area were Royal Thai is subpar is service. If you're ordering takeout check your order before leaving the restaurant as they can be mistake prone.
