This is the first dedicated pho restaurant in the Washington area, and still the best. Every time we are away for more than a few days, or after an outdoor activity like camping or hiking, this is where we go to recharge. There is something about that steaming bowl that just restores all one's energy and satiates your longing for... More

I knew the place may be worth a visit when I saw a line outside the door. Lunch service send very popular, as service is fast and efficient. As soon as a table out spot is free they fill it with a party it a single person. There is group seating, so be prepared to sit next to strangers. The... More

The food was great. low ambiance. no frills place. the only negative was that staff is not that friendly. maybe a language barrier. got an attitude when I asked for a fork...ok ok...I am chopstick unskilled. cannot do it! wanted to ask questions about a sauce on the table but no one ever came back to our table.

6 of us went there but were not impressed. Service was so-so. Pho was hot but little flavor and had to wake it up with plum sauce and Sricha. Meatballs were stale and cold . Only limited choice in the menu and we did not order desserts . The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was very good though and the prices overall... More

My boyfriend and I had spent the cold rainy day site seeing around Washington DC. He suggested we go find some Pho, as I had never had this before I was more than happy to test it out :) The place was easy to find and had parking available in the plaza. The prices were reasonable and the Pho really... More

I've been coming here regularly since 2009 and it has remained consistent: casual, efficient (occasionally brusque) service, and the best broth this side of Eden Center. I usually smell the broth cooking around 7AM most days on my walk to the metro. They have about 12 different kinds of pho to choose from (mainly different cuts of meat) and I... More

I haven't been for a few years, but sure wish I hadn't stayed away so long. Love the tai. And don't forget the iced coffee.

Honestly, I don't know how to rate this, because it was my first time having pho and I thought it tasted like nothing. Just translucent air-flavored noodles in broth. That being said, it's VERY clear that everyone else loves it here. I went with my coworkers, and they couldn't stop raving about it. The line we had to wait in... More
