Two friends and I began meeting for a monthly breakfast after one of us was widowed. We began with Mary Ann's. We ate there three times; then I said "Enough. Let's find another place, where I don't feel like I'm imposing on the staff by eating there." No smiles. No greetings. Brusqueness. No matter how busy or slow the crowd,... More

There are plenty of choices to eat in this town, but find 7th street, look for the lemon yellow house and enjoy your choice of breakfast(served all day) of a menu filled with generous servings. The pancake filled my plate, the Greek scrambled egg dish was filled with fresh ingredients. Reasonable price, smiling staff, chef, owners.

On a side street in an old house... character. Had a 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich. Very fresh ingredients. Sounds like it is a great breakfast place too- so that will be my next stop.

We stopped in for breakfast with over an hour to go before we needed to leave for the ferry to the San Juans. We got seated relatively quickly and the place was a bit busy. (Still a few empty tables.) We got beverages within 10 minutes or so, order taken. 45 minutes later, still no food! Place was emptying. When... More

Love her food. We're local and have been here many times. But the wait staff was way to lackadazical. Got seated. Coffee came. No set up on the table. Could not get anyones attention. I got up and and got my own spoon to stir coffee. Wait , Wait order finally taken. Waited , Waited, Waited, Waited no food, and... More

This is a small place but the folks there are just great! Good food, and well prepared. And a decent price. You'll appreciate the non-'chain' feel of this place. Just like going next door for a good breakfast.

You have to know where you are going to find this side street gem. They have wonderful food and are in the old downtown core right off of Commercial Street. It is a local's favorite.

The breakfast crowd was gone and so were the biscuits! They are the best!! We enjoyed Joes Special Scramble. Sausage, spinach covered with Parmesan cheese with a side of country fried potatoes. Our friends had the Sonoma omelette and Sante Fe scramble. Highly recommend!!

We had from our neighbors that this was a great place to eat. Went down there today to try it and it was great. It is located in what was once a home. Seating was somewhat limited but we had no problems finding a place for the wife and I. Service was very good and the home had a home... More

Delicious homemade breakfasts. I had the Mediterranean frittata which tasted like the basil had just been picked, fabulous flavor.
