Over the course of the evening, 25 taster dishes passed our table, following each other in a swift tempo. With each dish we were surprised by the flavors, the presentation, the combinations or all of that together. There were definite Italian influences, there was Amazonian cuisine, lot's of local fish but also a vegetarian taster menu (yeah!) The staff explained... More

One of the best restaurants in Espírito Santo and possible even in the south of Brazil. The plates are original and surprisingly well done. If you really want to try something different go for one of the "degustation" menus. These take around two to three hours during which you will get around 25 (proportionate) plates.New combinations of flavors are mixed with... Soeta is for sure one of the best restaurants in Vitória. It's a great place to go on special dates and also business dinners. In my opinion, it is NOT the best place to go with children. If you have some time and money...go there!

I was a guest at this restaurant. My hosts said it was the best restaurant in Vitoria, that the food was sublime and told me about all the famous people who have eaten here. With such a build up you expect to be overwhelmed by the most fabulous food you have ever had the pleasure of eating. With such an... More

Barbara and Pablo, two young ans brillant chefs, spent sometime with Ferran Adriá in Barcelona. As a result, this is, according to Alex Atala, one of the best restaurants in Brazil! Last saturday, I ate there a fresh pasta, with parma ham and wild mushrooms, delicately sautée in smoked butter... Is it necessary to say anything about? The service is... More

Soeta´s chef is equadorian, his exquisit touch in sea food makes an unbelievable experience when trying any of the delicious dishes. My favorites were the spherical olives, they just disappeared in your mouth and exploded all your senses! really!! The attention was excelent. Whenever you go to Vitoria, Soeta is a must go. The price is worth.

We tasted the five course meal. Thew 27 course meal was not availabel: the chefs were travelling. But it was very good and not too expensive. Tle plates were of good size, maybe a little bigger than we expected. But is is worth the visit.

I think that when you have an expensive and sophisticated proposal you are expected to deliver. Soeta is a very good restaurant with excellent service, but I expected more from it. I decided to try Soeta as it has been awarded a couple of time the title of best of Vitória. I chose the tradition menu - 5 courses from... More

Great place, great staff. As I got in late there was no time for the tasting menu but the chef was kind enough to send my some samples. Great wine list. Price is great for what they deliver. A must!
