Food was plentiful, but not particularly tasty. I think that we were in a bar that caters to a younger and noisier crowd that is less inclined for conversation. Service was quick, but when challenged on the quality of the meat the waiter was disinterested. We would not go back or recommend .

We enjoyed our evening at City Bier ! The waiter spoke perfect English and was really helpful with questions about our trip. The food was really cheap and tasty! We would've loved to see some healthier options but it's really good for its price:)

Went here for dinner - meal was fantastic and great value. For 60 Real we fed two hungry people (with lots of leftover food as we were so full!) and had a litre of local beer. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

We spent both our nights in foz eating here. Good food for a great price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend. Indoor and outdoor tables. Large plates of food. They also have a small child's room with kids TV and slide to keep kids entertained until your food arrives. Good selection of beer.

We were very surprised by this place. We ordered the Filet on the grill and asked for it to come Med-rare. It was perfectly cooked. It also came with bread, vinaigrette, boiled mandioca, and farofa. We also ordered a 2L tower of their local craft beer for R$20, definitely a steal, especially since it was pretty good. The guy who... More

This absolutely a perfect place, very nice staff and high quality local food for a relatively small price. Local brewed beers, great meals to share and epic Picanha. would definitely recommend this place!

Our last evening out in Brazil could not have been better. Picanha na chapa with chips instead of mandioca, a generous and strong caipirinha and a bottle of excellent beer - all tasy and good, and at a reasonable price. If new to Brazil, remember you will only need one dish between two people, for most dishes.

City Bier is a very modest neighborhood restaurant/bar and you should not come here expecting an epicurean experience. We ordered the lamb grill which comes with four side dishes. The whole meal we found average at best with more bone than meat. We had great lamb dishes in So America and this certainly wasn't one of them. For me it... More

The plates here are huge, and really quite tasty. We "started" with the City Bier Chicken as an appetizer, which was a meal in itself, followed by a share plate of picanha. Despite being 2 guys in our twenties, it was way more food than we could realistically finish on our own. Price-wise it was also one of the cheapest... More
