Going to the same restaurant twice normally means that it is really good. However, after a few disappointing evenings in other places, we went back to this place because we had a satisfactory first time experience, and it was more or less a safe bet. The first time we started off with fried shrimp in tapioca (recommended) and for main... More

Conveniently located on the beach, it is possible to have a table outside in the sand. Service is helpful, competent and speaking decent English. Food was really wonderful, both fish and meat (try the T-bone). Prices are correct.

While we were looking around for a nice place to eat, and it seemed that was fairly standard for all restaurants to offer two free caipirinhas if your dish was over R$80. When we were looking at their menu, we asked the owner whether he also had the same deal of the free caipirinhas. The owner completely snapped at us,... More

Well located with foot on the beach, nice waiter but be careful if they bring a plate a fish and says apetizer. It is not included and it will be added to your bill even if they do not tell you that clearly while bringing it.

Pescador is a small fish restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating at the beach and harbor of Abraao. The dishes vary daily offering the catch of day either grilled, steamed, or fried, in form of Moquecas (stews) and with sides likes veggies, rice, and fries. I highly recommend my followers the grilled catch of the day! The setting underneath the... More

Yummy food. Location: tables on the beach, very romantic. Very friendly service. The owner is an Italian who well knew how to reconcile traditional Italian cuisine with Brazilian cuisine. Compliments. Highly recommended.

Wonderful seafood for a good price with friendly staff. And on top of this they have a great view at the sea!

We tried Pescador on one night as it looked a bit different and upmarket. It is right on the beach near the pier. It is now a couple of weeks since we ate there and I can't remember the food which means it was neither great or poor. Waiter was friendly with the kids which is always appreciated and promised... O Pescador is by far the best food we've had in Brazil in 4 weeks here! The food was fresh and it was nice to have normal food and not a main course of 'meat' with chips and rice! The filet mignon is exactly what it says, a small filet of beef, not like everywhere else on the island (and... More
