We really enjoyed the cooking class. We git picked up from our hostel and started with visiting a local market to buy all necessary ingredients, then we had a short walk trough some farms and were able to learn more about local vegetables. Superb stall/restaurant on the river front. The best food we ate in Cambodia. As Van explained to us, they only use fresh ingredients and the proper amounts for traditional recipes. Everything we had here was just tastier and better than anywhere else we ate.

I enjoyed every moment of this course, that felt more like a nice morning, cooking outdoor with some frieds. The location is traditional, with outside ovens, fresh ingredients, bought from the market by us, a little earlier and the host is friendly, with a genuine...sense of humour and willing to share cambodgian tradition and promote his cuisine and culture.
