We go there a couple of times a month. Service is fast, food is good and the price reasonable. The only draw back is trying to get in the parking lot.

We found this restaraunt on our walking tour of down town Birmingham. We were seated immediatley and served sweet tea in a large wide mouth jar. We tried the choose three humus-- it was pretty good. My son, a vegetarian, had to tomato-basil soup. He loved it. I had lamb with Meditarrian veggies-- fantastic!

This is one of the few places around opened after 9PM. (9:30) We had the Philly Cheesesteak wrap, plain - just beef, onions, peppers, Swiss cheesy on a wrap. This is one of my favorite things here. I finished it off with a piece of pastacio baklava. Outstanding dinner at 9pm on a Monday night. Service is always great.

From the outside, thought what kind of place is this, nothing fancy. You order at the counter and the freshly prepared food is either delivered table side or out on the patio, we choose the patio. We had the gyro plate and the burger plate. The food arrived quickly by a polite and friendly staff member. The gyro plate was... More

One of my "go to" places. Love everything they serve from their omelets to their platters. They have lunch specials which are just somewhat smaller portions of their regular menu items - great value. Love their mint tea. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

Tried the Gyro place in Trussville, AL. Similar to the one in Auburn, Insomnia. But cheaper and with better lunch menu. Had the gyro lunch special. 6-7 pieces of gyros and came with one pita and hummus dip and side salad and a drink for 8 dollars and some change. Not bad for lunch.

We stopped by on a Sunday after church. It was very crowded. We had the chicken kabab lunch special. It has changed from when remember it but its still good. It was four pieces of grilled seasoned chicken breast with grilled peppers and onions not really kabob style. It was delicious. It was served with humus, rice pilaf, fresh pita... More

Although a bit out of the way, it is worth the trek for the gyros. The tzatziki sauce is perfect and the bread is lightly toasted. Don't forget the Mint Iced Tea.

My family and I visited today for the first time. The food was very good. Service was fine. Everyone enjoyed what they had. Looking forward to going back when we are in the neighborhood.

If you want good food from good people, this is the place. I have lived in the eastern section of Jefferson County all of life, and this is the best place with a different type of menu. The wraps, the plates, the baked potatoes and the other items sets this establishment apart from other restaurants. On top of that, the... More
