Located down a street so narrow, only bikes and scooters can access it , Kesar da Dhaba was an amazing find! This place is a classic Hole-in-the-Wall that you would miss if you weren't looking for it, and when you do find it, it looks kinda sketchy to our western sensibilities. But once you push past that and sit down... More

Small and not easy to find in the back alleys of Amritsar, this place serves great paranthas and other veg dishes.

No body misses Kesar da Dhaba while in Amritsar. It's always crowded and waiting is quite a normal thing at this iconic place. We asked for one Thali and shared in two. We could not finish the whole meal. Awesome preparation leaves you to comeback again. Allow me to say having this food could be a sin, but do it... More

Options available are less. the food is average, its nothing great. the food in delhi is much better and the taste is also average. the location is a bit inside and might be difficult to locate first time. Brother's dhaba is much better and flavourful than kesar the dhabha. This place is honestly overhyped! the only thing good was the... More

this place is located in a cramped alley but holds a rustic charm to it. we tried dal fry, palak paneer, and laccha parantha over here and the meal was awesome but oozing with loads of butter or ghee. hence, if you are a health enthusiast then this place will give you shudders but if you are a foodie then... It is one of the oldest restaurant in town. The board says it started in the year 1916, in sheikhupura in Pakistan and moved to Amritsar. They serve some of the best traditional punjabi mouthwatering cusine. The first timers have to do a some hard work to locate this dhaba since its somewhat inside the bylanes. But everybody knows the... More
