This restaurant is a step above all we went to in Thailand. The food is of a very high standard. We had the prawns and they were delicious, but make sure you have a starter as they are really good. The service was pretty good too. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK. It is very busy and there are not many couples... More

The food is based and marketed as tapas... the portions are rather large, but we shared a whole array of the menu. The ginger mussels, are perfect. Assuming you like ginger..... the spareribs are a killer. all in all, well worth the visit.

The food here is really good. If you know what tapas is, you will know what this restaurant is about. In addition to tapas they have some main courses to choose from. We have been to this place twice and not been disappointed once. First time we went with tapas and the second time with mains. Both times were great.... More

Service bit abrupt to start but got better as night went on. Small menu but different and as usual great value. Various foods from Thia to European but all well cooked and prepared. Not on our top list but well worth a visit.

I am in Lanta to visit my daughter and her family. Every time we come here we have dinner at Red Snapper. The menu is interesting and varied and the service is very good. The food is beautifully presented and top quality. We have always had a great evening at Red Snapper. Highly recommended - not cheap but "you get... More

A very good meal on Koh Lanta, and a good variation from thai food. We had a load of amazong and tasty tapas, dessert, cocktail and juice, and it was more than well worth the approx. 1500 thb. Will definately come back!

Second year on Koh Lanta and went to Red Snappers new location. Food, as always, was excellent. Great variety and choice of top quality food at a decent price. Not particularly traditional Thai but massive choice and something for every taste. Love the option of variety of small dishes or wonderful main courses. Great staff and atmosphere.

It is a place where I enjoyed eating. The setting is quite simple, not over decorated. We have been eating at the bar. The service is nice and friendly. The food is quite subtle (we had some mexican influence food such as tacos + tuna fish) prepared by the dutch couple in the open kitchen (you can watch them preparing... More

We went here for our last night in Lanta so we were willing to spend a bit more. It's definitely on the expensive side but the food was absolutely stunning.

So I was recommended Red Snapper from a friend who used to live on Koh Lanta. Happily, as it turns out, my guest house is 2 doors down. Tried the food last night and was absolutely blown away. The price was fairly expensive compared to the other restaurants and offerings nearby at about twice the price but then the food... More
