We have been here several times and our favourites are the falafel plate for dinner and the sandwiches/baugettes for breakfast or lunch, The shakes, especially the mango shake, are also really good. A big plus for all cute cats and the good location by the sea in Saladan.

Something different set along the pier - lovely, quaint bookshop with 8 friendly cats leading to the restaurant at the back. Nice to see different options on the menu. I am a vegetarian and it was the first time I'd seen falafel in Thailand - I can recommend that with the salad, humus and pita! My boyfriend had the chicken... More

Absolutely delicious and fresh. Very affordable and a broad menu to suit all tastes. If you need a break from the fried rice and curries, have a wrap or two at Catfish! But I bet their asian dishes are outstanding as well. Definitely visit here when in Lanta.

The bookshop looked lovely with cats lying all around it. The restaurant is on the pier and has a nice view. There were also cute cats in the restaurant. The staff was however not very motivated at all. They just talked with each other and did not pay proper attention to the customers. Ordered prawn cakes which did taste ok... More

Had lunch here two times. Great thai food and good service. Nice dining area. The bookshop and the seven well-fed cats takes this place to a five-star rating for US.

Beautiful old stilted building with a book shop and lots of cats at the front leading to a restaurant at the back overlooking the river. Beers were the coldest out of all the places we visited along the street, service excellent and we shared a lovely dish of tofu with sautéed vegetables which was delicately spiced and a large portion.

Had breakfast before catching a ferry and it was surprisingly good! I say surprisingly because I have not enjoyed breakfast in Thailand that much; all the same foods and I find the eggs questionable. Anyways, ordered BLT, fruit, pineapple shake, tea... I definitely recommend!!

Cute concept! First you walk through the book shop where the cats nap between the books. The restaurant is in the back above the water with a nice view. Best place for breakfast for good prices. I had fresh fruits, pancakes and bananas in hot coconut milk every morning.

Restaurant looked good, didn't actually eat here but checked menu and bought some books from their stall. Everybody looked happy.
