If you are after fine dining then maybe visit Pimalai, but if you want delicious local food with extremely friendly staff and locales, then this is your place. Not the most salubrious destination, but tasty and cheap.

Big portions, delicious food and affordable prices. A large grilled chicken piece costs just 80, big portion of rice for 20 and pretty much everything else for cheaper and better than anywhere else. ALL the food we ate there tasted good.

My family ate here many times during our week at Kantiang Bay. It is quick, tasty cheap, no fuss food. The cafe is open for lunch and dinner and it always had both locals and tourists eating here.
Great mum and dad operation. Very tasty Thai - proper spicy when requested for papaya salad, Tom Yum and pad Thai. Fully recommended this wonderful local experience!
