Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is an amazing restaurant. You get a bowl of boiled rice for only one baht with a big variety of dishes to choose from. The dishes are very reasonably priced.

Totally amazing place. Huge variety of food, stunningly efficient service. One of the best, most fun restaurants we've ever experienced in Thailand. Only reason we didn't eat here all 3 nights in Lampang was they were (mysteriously) closed on or first night in town. Don't...miss it! I especially loved the prawn imelet and the pickled duck eggs salad.More

The food comes in smaller portions, which is great because it means you can try lots of different dishes. You write your order down on a slip of paper and hand it to wait staff. We had 5 dishes plus rice between the two of...us, and they were all delicious. The restaurant is in a two storey wooden house, and we ate upstairs. Only minor niggle was that the seats are small basic wooden stools with the odd nail sticking out which definitely don't encourage you to linger. Get there early because the place fills up quickly with happy locals.More

Located near Kad Kongta, the 2 storey old style wooden house is famous for boiled rice and various choices of viands with quick service in very cheap price. Only 1 bath per bowl for boiled rice ! (though the portion is small, it still considered...cheap). Our viands were stir fried kangkong in soy bean sauce, deep fried meatballs, eggplant in soy bean sauce (altogether cost no more than 150 baht).More

I've lived in Thailand forty years... where has this restaurant been all that time? Let me tell you, it was love at first taste! We stayed right around the corner from this fine restaurant, at the Pin Hotel. We went here because it was close......but we will go back again and again no matter where we stay in Lampang because it is FANTASTIC! The food is delicious, the service incredibly fast and friendly and the facilities inviting. Four of us ate for 300 THB (roughly US$10) and we were pleasantly full! The name in Thai means "Delicious - one Baht." But this is misleading. It should be named "Delicious - every Baht"!More

This was one of the dining highlights of our entire SE Asia trip. The menu is enormous (with a good vegetarian selection) and at the end your bill is tabulated by counting the dishes on your table, dim sum style. But don't worry, there are...plenty of locals around, so you can just follow their lead to see how/when to order and pay, etc. While not technically 1 Baht, it was still very very inexpensive and everything we tried was delicious. And it all was in a really nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful service.More

I love this place because it is right at the start/end of the Saturday night marking (walking street). My friends and I would frequent this place after walking through the market for dinner. It has AMAZING food and anyone that visited me was taken here....You can order family style and share tons of food with everyone. Their best dishes are the cashew chicken and any of the fish dishes. Like all fish in Thailand, the fish comes cooked whole and you scrape the meat off the bones. Their veggies (pad pak ruam) is also great. Every dish is great. You really can't go wrong. It is extremely cheap for a foreigner but for a local, it is mid-range.More

The number of locals here probably tells you all you need to know. It's cheap and tasty! The is place is always buzzing. We bagged seats upstairs outdoors each night. Essentially you are given a menu with numbered pictures and you write down for the...serving staff the numbers of the dishes you want and what you want to drink. Food comes quickly. Empty dishes stay on your table until the end when the server counts them to tot up the price. A fun experience.More

I went to Lampang with a friend and tried a ton of local places out. This was one of the best restaurants in the area and it was SO CHEAP. 40-50 Baht per dish and every single dish was delicious. Highly recommend this place.
