Poor service (apalling really) Waiter seemed to have want to be elsewhere. Never once returned to top up my glass. I asked him to bring my unfinished bottle of wine and water and a glassto my room and he grabbed the three of them in...one hand and followed me to the lift. I gave up and took them myself from him. Average food Minuscule bowl of Bernaise sauce, uninspiring and bland schnitzel. Nice beetroot salad. Stayed at Sonnenhof Hotel in Suceava, Romania for 10 nights. Restaurant Mosaic is in the hotel. I had breakfast everyday some lunch and dinner during my stay, I enjoyed the food each time, no matter my choice from the menu.More

We've ordered a special Christmas menu-to go- and they forgot to pack the sides, but my mum handled the situation very well. Since we were regulars, we decided to tell them next time we'll have lunch there. Today, we arrived there and told the waitress...about the situation-very politely. We've also ordered the food, and my dad-since he is a vegan- asked for broccoli instead of meat for his salad. When asked for the check, at the end, not only they did not deduct those sides nor offered anything complementary, but did include the extra broccoli in the check. It looks like the people there are money-oriented instead customer-oriented. Zero tips and never come back.More

Went there as it was on the second place on tripadvisor in Suceava but the place was under our expectation. The place is nicely decorated similar to the Restaurant in the Alps. They serve some sort of fine dine dishes. The service is the thing...which disappointed us the most. It took not less than 50 minutes to deliver a rare beef tenderloin with pepper sauce and a wiener schnitzel. The beef was delicious and the price was normal but the wiener schnitzel was bad value for the portion size and the fact that it had nothing special (was not even served with lemon as it is in other place / Austria). However, price was not a problem but the waiting time and the fact that I had to ask the staff twice how long till the food is coming before getting an answer... The place has potential but there is a lot of room to improve the quality of service especially when you charge that much, in Romania for an ordinary veal schnitzel.More

Normally, without the recommendation i wouldn’t stop to eat here, but this turned out to be one of the beet fine dining experiences in Romania. With a well balanced menu, a daily special one and great service, this outskirts restaurant and hotel has a cozy...design that would make you feel comfortable and take you out of the timezone. The coconut fish soup i had was the best oriental fish soup i tasted and in the trout tartar you can taste the most natural ingredients. In the apple desert you could taste the chef’s playfulness.
