I ordered two Paneer Parathas, one to eat and one to pack. There was hardly any paneer but most of the stuffing was potato and radish. If they didn't have sufficient paneer they shoukd have said so. I could have ordered something else. The yoghurt I ordered was so very sour. I paid Rs.200/-

Had heard a lot about the famous anand restaurant in CP. Legendary tales were about this place as we heard it serve some lipcsmacking butter chicken and Naans. While we loved its butter chicken , but the breads that came were cold and despite telling the server he brought cold breads and didn't ensure that hot breads were served. So... More

Food here has been good since ages. Went to get biriyani and butter chicken packed for home. Taste is good but butter chicken has become spicy over the years. Place is dingy and not apt to sit and eat but one can always order or get it packed.

Its absolute love when you you find a restaurant which isn't as fancy as almost all Delhi restaurants now. The place has its own Delhi vibes with good food. Service was good too along Biryani we had. I am surely going back.

I had my first and last meal in India at Anands and loved the atmosphere, high quality of the food and great service. From the small side street in Connaught Place its a bit rough looking, but in the mid-afternoon the restaurant was filled to the brim and extremely lively. Suggest ordering the thali and garlic naan. Excellent value.

Serves great Butter chicken. The best we could find on our travel through India. We also tried the seek kebab. Spicy but Not too hot. Loved that aswell. For european tourist it was a little adventure to find this backstreet restaurant, but the food was worth the thrill.

Been going to this small joint for ages & relishing their claim to fame dish "biryani". Nothing beats their taste.. one of the famous places to eat for the office goers in CP. It's got the old nostalgic smell when you enter the joint. Not so great for the ambience but only for the FOOD. Although he's upgraded with AC... More

The place is in the bylanes of Janpath. We went there as a party of 7. Enough seating space for even a larger party. There is nothing to write about the ambience, the place has wood and metal furniture, the food in served and eaten in steel-ware, nothing fancy here, the menu is rather limited. Hey but its not the... More
