Well if you are one of those who chooses to go here expecting the fiery andhra spice and the authentic experience with the 'podis' etc then you will surely be disappointed.. The overall experience is fine dining so certain 'usuals' are sorely missed.. The service was a bit chaotic

I gave it 4 stars just BECOZ their starters are really worth it. I didn't much care for the buffet spread. My friend hosted the kitty there and all of us stuffed ourselves with the starters. Ambience is good and so is the service

We were there recently for dinner with friends and after 2 years of being living in the south, my complete north indian palate was craving for some good north indian food! Khansama was a treat and I couldnt stop eating. The mirchi naan, the dal makhani etc, all were just brilliant. The non veg eaters on my table also liked... More

This place serves Mughlai food and on entry one is impressed with the rich ambience and expectations rise. However, we were disappointed with the standard of service and with the inconsistent quality of food. At lunch, only three tables were taken and the place was almost empty, but strangely, it took ages for them to bring the food. We wanted... More

I had been to the Furniture Studio (NATUZZI) below the restaurant and since It was lunch time we decided to try this newly opened restaurant above. As soon as you enter you will find a semi-dark ambience with candle lights and neatly decorated seating. It is a nice place if you are planning for a quiet meal with your loved... More

Great North Indian food backed by efficient service. Their Kebabs and Breads are very good and so is their signature Anjeer Halwa. Been there a couple of times and found consistency in their quality.Staff are eager to please. The decor and ambience is equally good

The place is done up to resemble a Mughal dining area, lighting is dim, AC just cools. Order takers have no idea on suggestions or creating an experience, feels like a road site eatery taking orders, sitting in an opulent place. Food is yummy and certainly worth a visit if you can tolerate the above, we have been there on... More

We went to Khansama with high expectations. I ordered the burrah kebab, what came was soft mutton smeared with a horrid, raw smelling tomato paste. Wheh we told them, they took it away and cooked it some more and brought it back, but the taste was still bad. We also ordered another dish which tasted more Chinese than Indian and... More

Having tried their Chinese counterpart, "Aromas of China", a few of us decided to try "Khansama". As we bit into the succulent chicken kebab - chargrilled and marinated with pickle, we nodded our heads in agreement that it was very good, though some of us debated whether it was chargrilled at all. However, it was tasty, succlent and delicious and... More

Newly opened place on the famous Khader nawaz khan road in Chennai, full of different cuisine restaurants and dessert places. Khansama, first impression, good decor, had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, but worth the wait as the food was great, taste , quality, presentation , all good.
