Let me just say this, when you come to our restaurant you are considered our guest. As such, we want to make sure that you are as happy as possible with your visit. My husband and I have wonderful staff ( possibly the best, most loyal, devoted and caring out here ). We all work together to make your visit a pleasant one. Our policy has always been to make the guests happy. NOW, when you come and eat at our restaurant and things don't go your way ( I would think that can happen anywhere ) you should at least mention it so that we have a chance to fix it for you. NOT allowing us to do so and then coming on a public page like this one and degrading us is unacceptable and pretty much nothing but bullying. I am most certain that no small business owner ever wants unhappy customers, we work to hard for that. We are not above criticism but it has to be fair. That so called "review" was merely trash talk which I as the owner will not stand for. Has anyone ever considered the folks that own these businesses? Not only do we now have to worry about the daily operations but also about these sites that allow anyone to go on here and give you a grade. Based on what??? Do we come to your house and give you a rating if we don't like the way you do your laundry? Many thanks to those that had kind words for us and our establishment but these kind of sites are ridiculous. If anyone wants to go to another restaurant because they are offended about my reaction to " Miss Teresa" PLEASE do so. If another restaurant owner has to stalk our TripAdvisor page in order to get more business they must be desperate.
