WOW!!! The food is absolutely positively fantastic. I've driven by it for years, but "judged the book, by the cover"...MY BAD!! Best Cajun food I've had outside of NOLA. Real deal Cajun!! Service was great, too. We will go back. Perhaps tomorrow.

Theres absolutely nothing bad to say about this tiny little gem of an eatery. Staff is super-friendly, and the food is great! Fresh from the Gulf seafood, owners are from NOLA and know how to fix it.

We drove past this place for years and last night we stopped. Glad we did...The service was great and they were very helpful for it being our first time there. I had shrimp poboy and etouffee. It was really good. I tried the hush puppies from my wife's plate and they may be the best I've ever had. My wife... More

I love this place. I always get the fried shrimp plate and it is the best fried shrimp I've ever had, anywhere. Very little breading, so the shrimp flavor isn't covered. Huge shrimp. Comes with two sides, and they have the best butter beans and fried cabbage anywhere. My husband will try different things from blackened tilapia to seafood pasta.... More

Good food at reasonable prices. I have eaten here 300+ times. Crawfish Po Boy, Crawfish Etoufee, Cat Fish Po Boy, Fried Shrimp, Crab Legs. They also have a seafood store. No alcohol.

If you are driving up Hwy 231 you might drive right by this place without giving it a thought. It's one of those "hole in the wall" restaurants that you don't expect. Outside the restaurant are stone tables and picnic eating. There is an old boat attached to the building, giving it a breezy, homespun decor. I'm warning you, this... More

This is a really great place! I have had most everything there. It is definitely a throw-back to some joint that sits on the swamp somewhere. Unpretentious as it gets. The tea is sweet! The sausages are excellent. Everything is excellent. I haven't tried out their sweets. I have been many times, and the food is consistently good and well... More
