not only they serve rice ball, but also with cabbages and even liver. It's really good and I normally order 5 rice balls and steam chicken with liver

I came from Penang, the food heaven and to rate this shop seems a bit unfair. Chicken rice is something very common in Malaysia (not to mention just Penang). This shop doesn't just sell chicken rice but some nyonya dishes too. Taste wise, it's really nothing can compare to a hawker in Penang. I would say, it's the to eat... More

We went there as a group as part of thhe Photography Society of PJ tour of Melaka. This strategically located shop serves very authentic and delicious chicken ball rice. The rice is done just nice and the chicken was a little tough. Drinks comprising herbal tea and chinese tea was a bit pricey. The service is so fast. The queues... More

Why does this restaurant get $$ to $$$ in price? We got chicken rice balls for 2 including plenty of chicken, plate of cabbage, Chinese tea for 2, for RM 20-ish. Good deal I think. We went at lunch, no line, got served immediately, food came out quickly. Our first chicken rice balls so not sure how it compares but... More

The rice ball is perfect, but as for the chicken, it is far below average. Considering the queue, I will not recommend.

chicken is very tender and moist. rice ball is full of flavour. if you don't like rice ball you can order loose rice, but the flavour is less than rice ball. vegetable stir is crunchy, it's very delicious. I know there's other restaurant has longer queue, but this restaurant cannot be missed.

We end up eating in Hoe Kee as there was a long queue at Chung Wah. It was a right choice as the chicken was sweet and tender. The rice ball was just OK for me but the assam fish was good. The restaurant is big and is more airy so it is more comfortable eating here.

One of the best steam chicken in town but rice ball too small. Place too small, hence the queue but worth the wait.
