We try to eat at different places for each meal when we travel. We went back to this one because it was great local spot near our hotel in downtown Quepos. The food was good. The prices seemed average. And my wife loved the local kitty that made a quick visit.

Early on while eating my meal I there was a small piece of wire (possibly from a frying basket?) hiding in my French fries which I unfortunately put in my mouth. I told the waitress who apologised and replaced my French fries for new ones very quickly. I waited to see if any money was taken off my bill but... More

We found this spot by parking in front trying to get to the bank. Prices were a bit high, but all food in CR is high. Food was great, staff was friendly. Everything was good, I'd come back again!

We saw reviews that recommended this place but find it impossible to imagine why unless the reviewers are masochistic. We only dropped in after returning from the beach in MA for a sunset supposedly "happy hours" drink. However, service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite a board saying "Happy hour - or supposedly 2 hours - the cocktails and drinks that... More

The restaurant service was nice and quick. The menu had quite a lot to choose from- burgers, salads, seafood, costa Rican, etc. We ordered a burger and ranch wrap. The dishes were huge and super hard to finish it all! Delicious! The would recommend for those looking for comfortable service and food.

Less than half a block from our Best Western hotel, we strolled past this open air property several times and viewed their extensive menu. During the heat of the day, we were unsure of comfort without air conditioning so passed on having lunch, but in the evening cool, we reconsidered - and were happy that we did! We had the... More

My tacos were great! Definitely have the tacos! Kids had burgers and were happy Husband was disappointed with the casado. Having had casado day after day in different regions, local restaurants in tamarindo, on the side of highways and at hotels we became experts of the casado plate.... best casado definitely not here....

The only real quality dining option in quepos. Open air corner location to watch the world go by. A very large menu. Good bar. Chicken parmigiana and fresh fish of day were both a 10.

Thank John D
