Okay not the best Mexican place to eat for sure, but for Barrow the best Mexican place to eat. The owners son is funny as heck, which would likely be your server. Not bad, not the best, if you want Mexican stop buy,
We went to Barrow for a little more than a day in Aug 2013. I just literally found out today that Pepe's was burnt down to to ground literally after two days of us leaving Barrow. And I found out that it was Mike Shultz's...More

We visited in June, while we waited for our room this was the first place we visited. Decorated MX theme fun and colorful. Food is pricey but everything is in Barrow. Our waiter was so much fun. He showed us pics of Fran and told...More
Barrow, Alaska is truly an experience and it wouldn't have been complete without a trip to Pepe's. We had dinner there the evening of August 30th and, unfortunately, the place burned to the ground Saturday morning. (They are promising to rebuild) Hope is wasn't something...More
