Sonia is amazing, we were recommended to her by Pa in Rarotonga. Sonia did not disappoint, her fresh and organic garden produce was so tasty, made for a lovely lunch and easy dinner. The breadfruit lasagne is amazing, grab a basket full of veg and set yourself up for your stay, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

Had the most amazing breadfruit lasagna here and the garden and cafe beautifully situated in a shady garden. Definitely worth a visit although opening hours can vary

This Place is nice and rustic and the food is really good. I would have given it a 5-pointer except for that when we Went here first it was Close even though we were within the opening times of the sign. And the sidewalk sign was not removed. Still recomend a eating here.

I was coming to the end of my bike ride around Aitutaki and was looking for one of the local cafes for a quick take away something. I spotted the sign to Tauono's Garden Cafe with organic veggie market and thought I'd grab some fruit along the way. It's a tucked away little outdoor setting in the front garden, well... More

We stooped in on this organic cafe to pick up a takeaway meal for dinner- the breadfruit lasagne was freshly cooked and packed into little containers for us to heat up later. It was delicious!!! Fresh, healthy, tasty, organic and vegetarian. We also stocked up on the fresh produce from the little market stall to make some of our own... More

We didn't eat here but bought lots of fruit, vegetables and herbs from the amazing Sonja. She is a dedicated gardener with a fantastic range of seasonal produce. The coconut cake, bread and chips were amazing.

A small, relaxed cafe where one can wander in the garden and see a wonderful range of raw produce before sitting down to enjoy its transformation into some very tasty dishes. And try to leave room for dessert! (If you're lucky, you may even get to chat with Sonja who is responsible for it all.)

Fabulous fresh and delicious home-style cooking. Vegan and vegetarian catered for as well as fish and meat. Highly recommended. (bring insect repellent because you're eating in the garden)

This is a very simple cottage cafe offering a very simple but delicious menu of genuine home grown and prepared food. Beautiful fresh ingredients and a small produce stall selling fruit, veg and sometimes homemade bread. A great lunch time or afternoon tea place. We ate here twice during our stay
