Fish and chips were fresh and delicious! As with most eateries on Rarotonga, sauces cost extra. About $1NZ if you want ketchup, tartar sauce, etc. Loved that we were able to eat fish and chips with an ocean view!

We had takeaways here one evening while here on holiday for 10 days and liked them so much that we had a second feed a few evenings later! Would have to be the best fish and chips that we had had in ages. The fish was real thick, a bit like elephant fish that we get back in NZ. The... More

A light meal was needed. This was a great choice, prepared in an old boat and served in the roofed open-air verandah area of the local fishing club. We all enjoyed our options, right on the seaside with a coral rock shore. Inside was an option of a pool table, but it was too warm to be indoors but the... More

We went to have a look at getting this for dinner and just had a few questions about the meal as we thought it might be different from NZ fish n chips and wanted to make sure it was what we wanted. However the lady that was there sitting in her chair smoking was so rude and seemed to be... More

Fresh fish and great chips. Not always open. Drive past to see. Sat out near the waves...fantastic. Will return when we go back. Got a beer from the Fishing Club next door.

We've been to Raro four times and have never made it to the Flying Boat. Probably a little disappointed with it. The pieces of fish were quite small (and thin!) so we thought not great value for money, but the chips were very tasty! We had a bit of a wait although it wasn't that busy, but you can buy... More

The food is great and the prices are reasonable, when you get done eating you can walk a cross the parking lot to The Fishing Club, The beers and drinks are reasonable and the people are a lot of fun we always stop by and see our island friends.

Extremely mean portions of fish, sliced as thin as schnitzel disguised under copious amounts of batter. The meal was not cheap, I raised my concerns with the manager, who quite frankly couldn't have cared less.I left feeling I'd been ripped off.
