Gold creek Salomon is cooked in front of you over alder wood and served with a sweet sauce which accentuates the flavor of the fish. There are plenty of side dishes and a wonderful Alaskan blueberry cane for dessert.

We went gold panning first. Our two guides were fun and patient. I didn't find much but I was unable to squat down long enough to really give it a chance. Others just took their shoes off and sat on rocks in the river and...More

Is there a specific time the Salmon Bake starts? We have another excursion that day and will be heading somewhere for lunch afterwards. This looks like a great option.
