Love this place. Have gone to some of the other beach clubs in canggu but this place has the best food. If you are looking for a more high-end, chill out vibe with the best food, this is the place. Mang Enu was our server...both times we were there and he always gave us great service. Will come back here over and over again. It’s the first place I think about when friends from out of town come to visit canggu.More

My name is Lilia. I'm from Russia. I have been living in Bali for the second year. A very unpleasant story happened to me today. I do not know by what right in your restaurant they ask for the phone number and address of the...place of residence. Because they didn't show me a single document and they kicked me out. I am usually a peaceful person, but the rude attitude of the staff greatly offended me. I arrived at the cafe in a good mood, hoping to meet the sunset at your establishment. At the entrance from the sandy beach, I washed my hands. A guard came up to me and started asking for my phone number and address. I became curious what this information is for. The security guard did not explain anything to me and said that I could not enter the establishment. I asked to explain this rule. This is really the first time I've encountered such a situation. After all, this is the first time I see this person and there is no confirmation that he really works in this restaurant. Then he called the manager. Unfortunately, I do not know his name and he refused to tell me it. This manager said that the information is needed for the state. This finally scared me and I asked to show the order. To which they replied that they would not show anything and simply pointed to the door. I agreed and asked to use the toilet. I really endured all the way. To which the hotel manager replied that the toilet was not public. And he asked me to leave. Of course, this angered me and I basically began to understand the situation. On what grounds? Why and who asks my address? Later, the manager called Puji (as it was written on the sign). Puji said it was for the safety of the hotel. I did not know that there is also a Hotel. I asked for the name of the manager, Puji said that if I didn’t say my address, he wouldn’t say the name of the manager. Puji explained that without my personal data, I cannot visit this place. I have been living in Bali for almost 2 years. And for the first time such a situation with me. Naturally, now there is no desire to visit this restaurant. And I bring the information to the top management, because I understand from my own experience how sometimes illiterate staff can greatly damage the reputation of an institution. I wish your establishment success.More

Visited friends staying there to hang out around pool, drinks and food. The staff is very polite and the service level is very good. The food menu is a bit limited, but enough choice. Tried the Mezzeh and Wagyu steak and both were delicious! The...place is family-friendly, do not expect lounge music in the pool area, which is a bit missing and makes the place feel a bit empty. Great design and well maintained. Saw the room as well (although did not stay there) and it was very spacious, nicely designed and with a huge balcony. Great place to stay for families with kids and to hang out in the beach club for people who like peace and tranquility.More

Not sure how this place is still in business. Or why others rave about it. And frankly, for their hospitality sins, I perhaps wish they were not still in business. Security is rude & hostile, to the point of excluding well-dressed, well-intended, legitimate customers. Staff...too were unfriendly and unhelpful. The place is absolutely empty, but despite having made plans to meet a friend, they worked hard at every stage to dissuade me from entering (mask on & equipped with alcohol sanitizer; smartly dressed). Finally, there is now a RPS200k/person minimum. Good luck. You’ve lost me as a customer.More

This hotel was my friend’s pick. I would be more inclined to some traditional « Balinese » setting... (this would be more of a modern Miami Beach type of setting for me...but hey! It’s me...)...But to be honest: I loved it! The place modern but with a...Balinese touch. The rooms are comfortable, service is good and food is quite good. The Beach Club is a nice spot to lounge even if it rains. So yes, it’s now on my list of favorite places in Canggu.More

My husband and I are pretty strict about not eating somewhere twice while traveling, because we want to try as many new places as possible. We are staying at this hotel, so have had the breakfast everyday (always amazing!) but besides that, we have ended...up eating a little something extra here every day (besides visiting other restaurants around the area) because it is that good! Some stand outs are the pizza and fish tacos but seriously everything we’ve tried is amazing. Also, the cocktail list is extensive- one of the better ones we have seen. The Como doesn’t put sugary syrups in every single cocktail like a lot of other beach clubs do (the lawn, la Brisa..) Go here for a bite to eat and a drink.. you won’t regret it!More
