Try the homemade lemonade! Ambiance is good. Food is really good although not the typical local menu.

Very nice, welcoming restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The ambiance is great. Food is delicious. I would recommend the cold Turkish starters (meze), the "roka salad with orange", the deserts and the home made lemonade. There is not much choice of main dishes but there are dishes for everyone. The staff is polite and welcoming. Price level is also... More

If you go to Datca, this restaurant is a must! After we discovered this place we didn't want to eat anywhere else and wanted to go back every night. They have excellent food prepared with the freshest ingredients with the right touch of local flavours. Atmosphere is very nice and laid back with its beautifully lit garden under olive and... More

This is the best restaurant in the Datca area. Small family run business just outside of Datca in a small farm area near Palamutbuku with excellent food and very friendly workers. Quiet and change of atmosphere from the other restaurants in the area.

A blessed relief from the universal diet of the same old Turkish meze and fish, this is a wonderful, modest, restaurant with original, beautifully cooked, authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes. Mushroom borek, lamb chops with courgette begendi, fantastic ravioli with Swiss chard almonds and cream, kadinbudu kofte. For sweets try fresh cream profiteroles or milk pudding with almonds and orange.... More

We've been coming to Datca every summer for 20 years. Yet we discovered Yakamengen just recently. It is one of the hidden beauties of Datca that amazes you once discovered. It is located in Yaka village through the inside of the peninsula (hence Yaka-mengen). It greets you with the amazing view of an old stone building that used to be... More

I have been at Yakamengen twice. Both ended up as memorable and enjoyable experiences. They serve one of the best foods that you can get in Datca. What is most impressive about their food is that the dishes they cook are creatively prepared with locally produced, fresh and delicious ingredients. Another thing I like about the place is that they... More

Four of us eat at Yakamengen and totally loved it! we are all from Istanbul and had various reasons to be in Datça for one overnite stay. Very cool and stylish decor, and food was amazing. We also chatted to some other guests in the Yakamengen so it was great fun. Cant wait to spend all night with you again... More

Description
Our restaurant is closed for 2015 summer season...

The old olive oil mill in the village of Yaka came to life in the hands of artisans. The stone building which was more than a century old was restored and became a Cafe - Restaurant. We invite you to enjoy our Mediterranean cuisine either inside the cool stone building or in the shades of olive trees in our garden. The restaurant is open in summer.
