We were staying at Mt. McKinley Wilderness Lodge and decided to eat breakfast here before departing to go to Anchorage. Breakfast was excellent! Selection was good! Prices were great! Service was excellent! Views of Mt. Raniker, Mt. Hunter, and Denali were AMAZING!

This is the upscale restaurant in the main lodge and it looks very nice, and the waitstaff are pretty professional and attentive. But, the food, while exciting to read about on the menu, tended to be consistently somewhat of a let down. Everything was 'just...More

We ate at the Basecamp Bar & grill on the deck. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our hostess, Kristine was very accommodative in helping meet our requested seating.

When you are staying at the Princess Lodge, there are not a lot of choices for dining. This was a typical mid range restaurant that offered a nice choice for many tastes. Nothing amazing about it, but better than going hungry.

I had the Crab Tri dinner. King, Opelio, and Dungeness crab. My wife had a steak. Excellent service, atmosphere and food and drinks I would rate 5 stars.

No complaints other than my wife had to return her salmon as it wasn’t cooked through. My chicken pot pie was great. Desserts were yummy and our server did a great job. Very busy and best to make a reservation. Only here for one night.
