Stopped in for a quick lunch recently. Had a shrimp and bacon burrito. Just the right amount of ingredients to fill me up.

Rubio's Coastal Grill used to be called Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill. As you can imagine the focus is on seafood and they do it well. My wife and I had the Mahi Mahi California Bowl. Hers was pan-fried while I had mine blackened. Both were excellent and with drinks cost under $10 each. The fish was nicely done and the... More

Looks like the interior of this place has gone through a nice make over since the last time I stopped in. Much more open feel to the place now. I know it's the same size as before but it seems larger. Food is still good as it was before

I understand that it's a fast food place but I like the fire roasted salsa that they make. Good flavor to it. Also the menu rotates around pretty often so they always have a new featured item.

We like to go their for their fish tacos and churros! Awesome fresh salsa too! Kids will dig the quesadilla. Grab a cold beer while you are at it!

I don't normally review chain establishments but this location has a crew that goes the extra mile and are genuinely friendly and happy to see their guests. The ladies at the front counter remember repeat customers and do the best to make each visit enjoyable. Stop by and see!

The family stopped in and ate good beer battered fish tacos and assorted Mexican fare before seeing the latest Avengers movie. It was reliably convenient. Fed the family for under $55.

Rubio's serves excellent fresh food! The menu is extensive. Our group of eight dined at the Germann Rd location last week for lunch around noon. We were served quickly. Everyone enjoyed their selection. I ordered the California Bowl and a fish taco a la carte. It was so good, we went back a couple of days later.

This is my family's favorite restaurant in the Gilbert/Chandler area. We are here at least once a week! The food is so fresh and tasty, it isn't fast food but you can have food within 10-15 minutes. My husband and daughter love their churros and always ask me to get them for dessert!

Original fish tacos are great... but so many choices now! I love the mahi magi tacos also! I'm not too crazy about the chicken and beef tacos, but I know several people who like them. Beans and rice are ok.

The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. In addition to sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers chargrilled chicken and steak, fresh made guacamole and salsas and sauces that are prepared daily.
