Disinterested staff and bad coffee We had so been looking forward to this - wish we had never bothered going.

Once you see it, you just have to go inside. The tiny little dining area creates that community feel, which is only amplified by the baristas, who are full of life and sass. The breakfast burrito was tasty and hearty and the vegan, gluten free chocolate cookies were (much to my surprise) some of the best I've ever had!

I had the waffles and coffee. I haven't had coffee this amazing and beautiful since I was in Seattle. It was as simple and as complicated as coffee should be. I could sense that the owner practices what they preach in the fact that everything on the menu was organic and special diet conscious. It felt exotic but the ingredients... More

We stumbled upon this tiny coffee place on the corner. Only has a few tables inside. Coffee was excellent. Service was excellent. Their treats were very good.

There aren't too many places in steep little Jerome, AZ to get a cup of coffee or espresso drink and a snack. The Flatiron is at the "V" where the lower one-way street meets the upper one-way street. The gal who seems to be the owner is a brusque, not-very-welcoming person. She is very civil but lacks any warmth. So,... More

Small espresso shop in downtown Jerome. I ordered an espresso macchiato and it was absolutely delicious. It was so good I went back the next day for another (I was staying in Sedona, about 45 minutes away) and it was worth the trip.

This is a wonderful cafe in a really neat space. Fantastic macchiato and the hummus sandwich was pretty good too. Terrific service.
