This has to be the best branch in the franchise! The freshest fish and best sushi and it has great views of the Durbanville surrounds, if you insist on the window seat.

R165 Sushi special on Thursdays. Eat as much as you like. A large , airy restaurant with a well positioned buffet section where the sushi is presented. Plates are refilled regularly and sushi is fresh and tasty with a wide selection. They also do an amazing prawn curry, presented in a little black pot. The housewine, Fatfish, well priced and... I am a regular here. I feel compelled to note the following when going to CTFM Tygervalley for the specials: They consistently downsize their fish portions on Monday nights. I've had a few times now that the maximum 280g fish and chips looked more like a fish finger. The portion sizes are just not consistent. Next time I will take... More

Excellent value for money especially on Tuesdays for half price sushi. The rest of the menu is also very good. The service borders on above average to very good but can improve. The sushi chefs are excellent and caters very well for patrons with specific orders

A good brand usually; great in Lonehill. Here in Tyger valley I struggled. I asked for Castle light, got brought Windhoek light after 5 minutes, so I asked for 2 Castle lights and still only got one. I am thirsty but no waiter around, so I'll skip ordering food.....

The lunch at CTFM, Tygervalley, today was really bad. The Yellowtail we both had, was overcooked and without any salt or spices. The salad was a few leaves, some thickly cut cucumber and a few pieces of tomato,- We complained when asked if everything was ok,and the manager came to say that he was sorry and that it was reported to... CTFM (What we locals call Cape Town Fish Market) is not only a brilliant place to eat some freshly caught seafood, but also a good place to buy the raw product as well. Good value for money, average to good service and well prepared food. They also have a Sushi selection.

Thank Evan B
