Frequented numerous Mugg & Bean stores in Western Cape, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. The coffee is generally well prepared and to our taste , which is the “Italian style”. Tried various cookies and sandwiches which were fresh and tasty.

Adequate but a little expensive for what is on offer. We are pressured into using the place simply because our young grand-daughter seems to consider it fashionable. Hopefully she'll grow out of it!

Mid morning visit. Service was a bit sloppy. Had to wait to be escorted to a table. Waited to place our order. Quality of Food and drinks are excellent, but service must get a shake up.

If you love a bottomless cup of coffee this is a place to be. Food delicious but price slightly high. Cake often to sweet. Muffin is the best to order
