It was a cold rainy day and the big fire inside made everything just perfect! Food was excellent and service good! Will go there again anytime I am in the area! The view is wonderful and I can imagine that sunset must be amazing!

Really good seafood at a great venue. On the harbour, watch the ships come in and leave the port. Chat to the fishermen and learn about their lobster or oyster fishing work. Great experience, well worth the extremely slow service. Don't go for a quick lunch, go for a slow kuier with good friends.

As someone who eats seafood regularly, I can truly recommend this restaurant. Everything is fresh and there are options for everybody! So affordable too especially when location is taken into account - right next to the water. Only downside was waiting long for food so don't visit if you are in a rush.

Enjoying a family weekend in Saldanha Bay, we slipped off to the Slipway, for a relaxed seafood meal and harbour outing. It was good, and we recommend for your Saldanha outing.

Never knew about this unique little place. Did not pay any entrance fee at the gate. Staff was very friendly. The setting and view very nice. We had coffee and cake and it was very delicious. Will definately return for the rest on the menu.

Apart from the nice setting and the beautiful view, there's nothing else at this etablishment. The food is atrocious . Not worth the visit. All of us got gastro. What a pity the owner does not rectify the situation.

Relaxing spot at the harbour. You need to pay R5 to access the Harbour area if you want to visit this restaurant (definitely not a big deal). Food was average. Snoek could have been better. The Cajun chicken salad wasn't Cajun. It was more like peri-peri (strong, instead of flavour filled and spicey). Service was slow.

Thank Taryn M
