Very typical place where you can taste fantastic meat, well cooked and well presented (they can cut it even with the spoon, it is incredibly tender). It is located very close to the market of San Telmo, we went there twice. A must.

This is a very popular restaurant for tourists. It has a strong reputation, and it seems well earned. The beef was high quality and well prepared. It all made for a very enjoyable evening.

By far the best. And the decoration is soccer-oriented and AWESOME. You can ask for the “special cut” which is secret and they cut in front of you with a spoon, but I prefer the asado de tira, which they also cut with a spoon....More

We had reservations here, and got probably the worst table in the house. Everyone bumped into the table/chairs. Suggestion would be to remove or move this table elsewhere. The steak itself was good. The bread on the table tasted old, and the salad did not...More

Went to La Brigada recently, for dinner with a co-worker. The empanada was not that good, we did share a provoletta, an arugula salad, and a "ojo de bife". Everything was good. Once we arrived we did get there a few minutes after our reservation,...More

This was recommended by locals and I took a group of colleagues and clients here - it was an excellent choice - great steak, amazing salads, beautiful wine and a very interesting backdrop. Fantastic.

A steakhouse in the mid-upper range of BA establishments. Touristy but homely. Relatively tightly packed tables which gives it a buzzy atmosphere. A little too bright lighting-wise. Good quality steak etc. at reasonable prices. Service seemed a little rushed but doubtless because of a usually...More

Steak was excellent and came with potatoes a gratin. Delicious. Service very formal but attentive. Great setting if you are a soccer fan.

San Telmo
Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San
Telmo is defined by the tango, the dance that made
Buenos Aires world-famous. Tango is a fusion of many
different cultures: a true child of immigration, much
like the city itself. Nowadays, it comes alive after
dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both
locals and visitors alike, who dance until the wee
hours of the morning. During the day, the antique
