Had a very nice dinner here in the small back room of a restaurant in Palermo. Only 4 tables with great, personalized service. We went for the full 7 course option and the food was very nice -- almost too much. Big portions compared to any tasting menu in the US. But the wines were over the top. Nice selection... More

Eugenia Treated us like we were long lost friends, Loved all of her food and wine recommendations and wonderful food pairings. Such a unique experience. The shrimp was unbelievable. Four people in our group and we all had such a great experience! Even the beer recommendations were excellent. The atmosphere is so comfortable and intimate.

Six of us, had a great time in BA, wonderful restaurants, all with this exception. Fixed price meal served with wine. A Big priced evening, First course was ok, it consisted of a spritzer and ??. Half didn't like nor eat. Oh it was severed in a plastic container you can pickup at Dollar tree. The next course was the... More

You walk through the main restaurant Bumon and are placed into a room with 4 tables. The manager and sommelier Eugenia came to our table and explained how the menu worked. She asked about food restrictions which they are amazing about. They brought out an orange aperol which at first I wasn't thrilled with but then it became my new... More

well had really high expectations here, had been at their previous address, the new place was hard to find, back room of a café, very austere, there were just 4 tables, absolutely nothing else. Well menu is either 6 or 8 courses, and you can choose with fish or meat, we had 1 and 3 of each, unfortunately I and... More

We had the 6 course tasting menu which was more than ample and well presented. We also had 5 wines; 2 whites, 2 reds and a dessert wine. The wines were well explained and delicious, if a little too plentiful! It was a relaxed and unpretentious experience that I would definitely recommend. The service was attentive and welcoming.

We celebrated my wife's "milestone" birthday here in March of 2016 and had a really exceptional evening. We are from San Francisco and are used to great food in lots of SF and Napa locations. This was a first rate experience all around, not to be missed when in BA. I'd recommend choosing a wine pairing with a fixed menu... More

Casa Coupage consists of four tables in a separate room inside La Bumon restaurant. The two function with the same owners, but different dining concepts. We both chose the six course tasting menu, and I was allowed to substitute for one course that was an organ meat I prefer not to eat. The food was inventive, fresh, and delicious. Our... More

Last night we had 6 courses dinner in this restaurant with wine pairing! Why we went there? Coz we discovered a super good winery in Mendoza in which there was a restaurant, Casa Coupage, but it was just closed after lunch and we cannot have meal there. Our dinner was started around 8:xx pm but we left at mid night......... More

We heard about this place as being a puerto cerrada, however it has become a restaurant in and of itself. We made a reservation online and had our dinner in the tasting room, but there seemed to be a restaurant available to the public. We opted for a 6-course tasting menu instead of the 8-course, and still left stuffed. Part... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
