Wanted to celebrate Valentine Day in a special Italian renown restaurant and we were lucky to find a table as we went early. We ordered entrees and Italian pasta. The entrees were good , not fantastic , just good , and when the pasta arrived my husband's pasta was raw , not " al dente " but raw , it cracked... More

Recommended to us by our hotel, this restaurant wound up being one of the best meals we had in South America. I'm typically VERY picky about Italian food, but the sauce was excellent and my pasta was perfectly al dente. I ordered an appetizer that was monstrous..tomatoes, a huge portion of fresh mozzarella (looked housemade, though I'm not positive about... More

Had a great lunch at Cucina Paradise. The tagliatelle with pesto sauce was great. Price a little steep but worth every penny for the great taste and attentive service. Managed to seat outside on a nice afternoon. Was the only customers at noon. After finishing our lunch, the place was starting to get full inside.

This is a lovely place to enjoy lunch or dinner. The food is lovely and the service just right. It's definitely high end and pasta dishes, although good, are a little prices at c.280. That's said its a lovely experience and has a good wine selection.

We enjoyed an amazing meal at Cecina Paradiso. Both my husband and I were impressed with the fresh pasta and the delicious flavours. It's a tiny restaurant, and full of charm. It was full by 8:15, so be sure to get there early. I highly recommend it!

Chef Donato de Santis is a well renowned chef for Italian food. The Cucina Paradiso is one of two of his restaurants in Buenos Aires. The restaurant is located on Arevalo street and has only 24 seats, but the food is excellent. I ate the menu of the day (350 pesos) which include an appetizer with raw ham, búfala cheese... More

I have been to this place multiple times, and the last trip I had the opportunity to chat with the owner and got even a better impression of the place. I think its a must if you are in Palermo. The menu changes daily.

What a beautiful and authentic place. The owner is there and told us his story. Is a real amazing place to have the best Italian food in town by far.

restaurant is awful, firt we had to ask 5 times to get the password for the wifi, and we had to wait around 60 minutes standing up because the restaurant lacks room, the prices are super inflated and the food isn't too good, service sucks, no one pays you attencion and you have to ask 3-4 before someone notices you,... We had a good dinner here. The restaurant is a small Italian deli that has tables set up in the evening for a higher end sit-down dinner. Very creative. They don't speak English but you should be able to recognize most pasta dishes and order easily. The staff was also very friendly (despite our terrible attempts at Spanish!). The food... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
